Aluma coat rust and abrasion resistant coating compounds are available in two categories

Aluma-coat TW (travelable)

USP: Makes soft surfaces abrasion and corrosion resistant.

Aluma-coat TW: 2 parts epoxy resin based coating compound. It consists of centered sapphire hard aluminum oxide ceramic micro beads doped in resin, designed to withstand chemical attack, cavitation, friction, moderate impact and maximum temperature up to 1500C / 3200F.

Use in major industries: mining and mineral processing, cement, power, petrochemical, paper and paper pulp, fertilizer, dredging and a host of corrosion and abrasion resistant surface treatments.

Areas of application: Fan propeller, pump shaft, pump housing, flange, machine wedge, anti-friction bearing housing, sleeve pots, casting of submersible water pumps, potable water tanks, chemical handling pumps, buttress flywheels and other For many applications where abrasion, cavitation, rust and chemical rust are long term problems.
