Stress Relieving Bead Flexible Electrical Pad Heater

 The electrical appliance is in the form of a flexible heater mat, built of alumina ceramic interlocking beads. Electric heating elements are supported by ceramic beads that insulate the device from the welded structure. Jyalox 95P ceramic stress reducing bead insulators are mechanically tough, robust and generally resistant to the harsh handling of pad heater mats when used in the construction industry. These pad heaters are assembled interlocking sintered alumina ceramic beads that insulate the stuck nickel-chrome wire. This durable construction makes it a flexible mat of remarkable mechanical strength.



Flexible electrical heating mats are most commonly used in stress-reducing applications, as the interlocking pattern of ceramic beads gives the mattress maximum flexibility to properly cover the heating elements from contact with the area required for heating, such as concave, convex and ducts, pipes etc. Surface.
