 In today’s Automobile, household and industrial appliances use of ceramic insulating components has become an absolute necessity. This is because of its typical properties such as high temperature resistance, insulation, size limitations, safety standards, high die-electric and mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.

The range of ceramic heater parts produced at Jyoti are Jyalox 95P End Sealing Beads, Steatite and Cordierite Ceramic Band Heater Insulators with single and multibore for manufacture of Electrical Band Heaters for plastic injection moulding machines, Steatite Ceramic Interlocking type Insulating Beads in various shapes and sizes and Steatite End Sealing Beads for sealing the ends of tubular type electrical heaters.

Ceramic heater parts are produced from proprietary developed ceramic recipes formulated from selected quality raw material to ensure that the components possess all the necessary physical, chemical and electrical properties as per the international quality standards.

All tools for ceramic heater components are manufactured in-house in the tool room and we welcome enquiries for specific type components.

We suggest before designing your end product, please consult us, our design engineers are always available to assist you in selecting insulators from our standard range or to develop custom designed insulators suitable for your application.
