Ceramic Composite Panel for Absorbing High Impact Resistant

 


Alu-Serra polymer panels are a new generation of ceramic composite panels, a combination of vulcanized sapphire hard abrasion resistant alumina ceramic cylinders / ceramic tiles in a flexible rubber base. While sapphire provides exceptional resistance to wear on hard ceramic surfaces, the elastic properties of rubber effectively moisturize impact forces that can cause the ceramic to crack. Rubber also helps reduce the impact of vibrations, noise, and impact rocks.

Arranged in zigzag and brick patterns, ceramic tiles/cylinders are an excellent feature for handling large amounts of material from different angles without developing a wear pattern.

Applications: Feeders, chutes, bins, transfer points, conveyor systems, screen feed plates, mill discharge chutes, bunkers, etc.



MAX APPLICATION TEMPERATURE 80°C / 176°F.

Major industries: coal-fired power plants, cement plants, blast furnace plants, and other industries which require high-impact abrasion-resistant surfaces.

Size:

Alu-Serra composite polymer panels are available in various sizes. Ceramic-composite panels are available from 10mm x 10mm to 100mm x 150mm; Ceramic tile thickness can range from 1.5 mm to 50 mm.

The panel sizes are supported by alloy plates with thicknesses from 100 mm x 100 mm to 500 mm x 500 mm, thicknesses from 3 mm to 10 mm. Depending on the size of the panel, the steel backplate is welded with one or two numbered MS CSK.M16 BOLTS 45mm long MS washers and nuts. The thickness of the rubber depends on the expected stress.
